Booking Policies.

All clients must have a valid credit card on file for all appointments upon booking. Your credit card will not be charged unless you fail to follow the cancellation policy described below.

Please provide at least 24 hour notice for any cancellations and/or rescheduling of appointments. All late cancels, late reschedules, or no shows will result in a late cancel fee for the amount of your scheduled service and the credit card on file will be charged.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Once 15 minutes has passed, you will be required to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged the full amount for your scheduled appointment. Please plan ahead and allow 15 minutes to find parking.

Arrive to your appointments make-up free. This also applies for all fill appointments. Make sure your lashes are cleaned and makeup-free when you arrive for your appointment.

You must have at least 50% of your lash extensions left in order for your appointment to be considered a fill. If you arrive with less than 50% of your lashes, and your appointment runs over its scheduled time, there will be an up-charge.

I do not do foreign fills over other artist's work if there is any clumping, twisting, or any other improper application.

If you currently have lashes from another artist & would like me to do a fill over your existing set, please book your appointment as a "fill-plus" depending on which set of lashes you have so that we have extra time to do a removal & full set if it turns out your existing lashes need to be removed.

No additional guests or children are allowed at your appointment unless they are being serviced that day.

Please be advised that full sets can take up to 2 and a half hours where you're expected to lay down on your back, with your eyes closed for the entire duration of your appointment. This means that you will not be able to periodically check your phone, e-mail, or texts throughout your service.

Classic.
Classic lashes are ideal for those who have a naturally fuller lash line. One extension is applied for every natural lash. Classic lashes will give a more natural, every day look
Hybrid.
Hybrid lashes are a mix between classic and volume lashes. It's ideal for those looking for more fullness than a classic set but not as bold as a full volume set.
Volume.
Volume lashes are ideal for those who are looking for a more bold look. Multiple light weight lashes are hand made into small fans and then applied to the natural lash. Volume lashes are great for those with naturally sparse/thin lashes and/or for those looking for a glam look.
Lash lift/Tint.
A lash lift and tint is a great alternative to lash extensions if you already have naturally long lashes. Lash lifts take about an hour and last anywhere from 4-6 weeks. It's a lot like perming your hair in that your lashes are curled by using a solution. The lift will naturally grow out with your lashes like highlights or a perm would.
